Fire crew tackles horse box blaze
Firefighters from Staveley were called out yesterday evening to attend a fire in a horse box in Killamarsh.
The incident happened shortly after 8pm on Green Lane in Westthorpe and involved one horse box described as ‘well alight’.
The crew used breathing apparatus and a hose to extinguish the fire and left the incident with the police.
