Fire crew extinguishes Ripley chimney fire
Firefighters attended a chimney fire last night (Friday, November 28) which was billowing smoke into a neighbouring property.
The crew from Ripley attended the incident on Laurel Avenue, Ripley, at 7.52pm. A stirrup pump and rods were used to extinguish the fire.
The crew stayed behind afterwards to carry out an investigation.
