PC James Crookall, from the team, said: “We are pleased that we have been able to seize what appears to be a quantity of illegal drugs.

“This action shows that when we receive such intelligence we will act positively and would ask that if anyone has any information about this situation or any other similar activity that they make contact with us.

“Breaston is a rural location and a safe and pleasant place to live, our actions show that if we have the intelligence we will act to deal with illegal activity when and wherever it is reported.”

Anyone with any information regarding this or similar issues should contact Long Eaton Rural Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
