Derbyshire weather: Snow expected
Derbyshire residents could see a sprinkling of snow over the hills today (Wednesday, December 10).
The startling morning sunshine will continue at intervals throughout the day and there will be occasional wintry showers which may turn heavier on high ground.
There will also be strong winds over the hills.
Temperatures will not exceed four degrees Celsius and overnight frost will form in places bringing a risk of icy roads.
