Derbyshire Dales: Housing association offers free aqua fit sessions

Dales Housing is spending £3,200 on the scheme, which will be held at Wirksworth Swimming Pool to help tenants aged 16 and over get fit for free.

The first 100 Dales Housing tenants to apply will receive ten free aqua fit sessions worth £32.

The new scheme is open to all Dales Housing tenants across Derbyshire Dales and is being funded through their Community Chest Fund, which was set up to help improve the lives of tenants and the communities in which they live.

Four one–hour medium and high–intensity aqua fit sessions are run by experienced and qualified instructors each week.

Tenants can sign up for the free sessions at Wirksworth Swimming Pool’s reception.
