CROMFORD: Heartless thieves target widower OAP

The 89-year-old, of Arkwright Gardens, Cromford was left deeply upset after raiders stole garden ornaments belonging to his late wife this week.

Items including garden gnomes, plants and planters were taken from his home on Wednesday, April 3.

The raid comes just weeks after a bird bath was taken from his garden.
