Diane Jones, 64, of Highfield Lane, Newbold, Chesterfield.

She admitted drink-driving, namely 175mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. She was fined £350, disqualified from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) costs. She admitted driving without due care and attention for which she was fined £200 and had her licence endorsed.

She admitted drink-driving, namely 101mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was given a community order with 120 hours unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs.

Marcel Lyon Ffrench, 28, of Cornwell Drive, Brimington.

He admitted drink-driving, namely 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £1400, disqualified from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £140 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs.

He admitted possessing 0.14 grams of cocaine. He was fined £300, ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 CPS costs and forfeit the drug. He admitted possessing 1.46 grams of cannabis and cannabis resin for which he was given a six-month conditional discharge.

He admitted possessing 0.12 grams of diamorphine. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and forfeit the drug. He admitted possessing 9.40 grams of 5F-MDMB-PINACA (Mamba) for which he was given a 12-month conditional discharge and forfeited the drug.

Robert Wayne Dixon, 25, of Queen Victoria Road, New Tupton.

He admitted possessing a quantity of amphetamine. He was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £80, ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and forfeit the drug. In a separate case, he admitted to being found in a caravan for an unlawful purpose for which he was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement.
