'What a plonker!' - Derbyshire Police tease motorist following arrest
Derbyshire Police have poked fun at a “plonker” behind the wheel who was caught speeding past one of their marked cars.

Police said the driver had no insurance for the Golf GTI they were driving, and wasn’t wearing a seat belt when they were stopped.
The incident, which saw the vehicle seized, took place on the A61 in Chesterfield.
Tweeting about it on Tuesday morning, the force’s road support unit labelled the offender a “plonker” as a result of their foolish actions.
