Dean Purdy, 47, of London Street, New Whittington, Chesterfield: Guilty of driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour - namely 38 miles per hour, driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour - namely 36 miles per hour, driving on a road which was subject of a local traffic order at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour - namely 50 miles per hour and three counts of failing to provide information identifying the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Case adjourned.

Matthew Allan, 40, of Nicholas Street, Hasland, Chesterfield: Guilty of breaching a domestic violence protection order. Fined £50.

Mark Foster, 42, of York Crescent, Doe Lea, Chesterfield: Guilty of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Community order varied to include 100 hours unpaid, a 19-day accredited programme and an 11 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay court costs of £60.
