The boys who are both 16 were referred to the Youth Offending Service, after being identified by the public following an appeal on 26 June.
The appeal sought the public’s help to track down the boys after a video began circulating of a fight breaking out, in front of a large group of people at Chatsworth House on 24 June.
Following the referral, the Youth Offending Service concluded that the teenagers should attend the Divert programme, a restorative justice intervention specifically for young people.
