The Toyota was seized after being stopped by roads police officers at Inkersall last night.
Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted: “Inkersall. Out delivering takeaway food with no insurance whatsoever. Reply when challenged was ‘I have been looking at getting it’.”
Officers confirmed the car had been seized.
