Derbyshire police say the man has been arrested after crashing his Ford Fiesta into a wall last night.

Officers from Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted this morning: “Looking at the state of this Fiesta you'd expect serious injuries, but the drunk driver suffered not a single scratch.

"Also grateful the wall he destroyed as he binned it on a slight bend wasn't an incoming vehicle. Arrested.”
