Serious crash closes Derbyshire road

Police have closed a High Peak road this morning after a serious collision.

Buxton Police Safer Neighbourhood Team said the A6 from the roundabout near the Fickle Mermaid pub in Chapel-en-le-Frith is closed towards Dove Holes.

Motorists are advised to find an alternative route if travelling to Buxton via the A6.
