Robbers threatened Derbyshire man with screwdriver and stole bike

Police are appealing for information after a man had his bike stolen in a robbery in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

The incident took place at around 4.25pm on Tuesday 17 November at the junction of Crossings Road with Eccles Road.

A 19-year-old was sat on a bench when he was approached by three men. One of the men allegedly took his bike while holding out a screwdriver.

The men are believed to have been seen travelling in a black Citroen C2 car.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or noticed them or the vehicle in the area that afternoon.

Police would also like to hear from anyone with information on the whereabouts of the bike, a matt grey Santacruiz 5010 CC bike, as shown in the picture.
