A spokesperson for the SNT said: “Contrary to reports made on social media over the past week and reports made to staff at Inkersall Primary School, Staveley SNT have made enquiries to these reports that a well-known male was seen at numerous locations in the Inkersall area.

“We can now confirm and would like to reassure local residents and concerned parents that the male has NOT travelled to the Derbyshire area. Can this post be disseminated so we can reach as many local residents as possible in order to stop the rumours.”
