Man allegedly assaulted in Chesterfield

Police are appealing for information after a man was allegedly assaulted in Chesterfield.

The alleged assault occurred at the mini roundabout junction of Newbold Road and Sheffield Road

The 46-year-old suffered cuts to his face and head following the incident which happened between 10.10pm and 10.25pm on Friday, March 16 at the mini roundabout junction of Newbold Road and Sheffield Road, which is near to the locally known donut car park.

He was taken to hospital for treatment.
