Ricardo Muniz Oliveira, 44, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton: Guilty of driving above the alcohol limit – namely 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - and without a licence. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200, given £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Deborah Warwick, 33, of no fixed abode: Guilty of two counts of assault and one of assaulting a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Given community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £50 and made to pay compensation of £250.
