Ricardo Muniz Oliveira, 44, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton: Guilty of driving above the alcohol limit – namely 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - and without a licence. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200, given £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Deborah Warwick, 33, of no fixed abode: Guilty of two counts of assault and one of assaulting a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Given community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £50 and made to pay compensation of £250.

Daniel Frazer, 33, of Prospect Road, New Whittington: Guilty of failing to comply with a suspended sentence order by being absent from specified place of curfew. Fined £350 and made to pay £60 court costs.

Brendon Reynolds, 27, of Castle Drive, Somercotes: Guilty of assault by beating and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place – namely a golf club. Case adjourned for pre-sentence report.

Andrew Attenborough, 39, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield: Guilty of assault. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, made to pay £22 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.

Joshua Hobley, 25, of Kingsley Avenue, Chesterfield: Guilty of driving a vehicle without due care and attention and without a test certificate. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, licence endorsed with three penalty points, made to pay £150 court costs and £21 victim surcharge.

Robert Bradshaw, 52, of Wellington Street, Chesterfield: Guilty of driving above the speed limit. Fined £42, made to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Sophie Hopkin, 28, of Midland Road, Heanor: Guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle. Fined £50.

Ashley Flockton, 31, of Willow Way, Darley Dale: Guilty of driving a vehicle - namely a large goods vehicle or passenger-carrying vehicle - above the speed limit. Fined £80, made to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Licence endorsed with five penalty points.

George Bull, 24, of Coronation Drive, South Normanton: Guilty of breaching a restraining order. Jailed for 26 weeks – offence serious because defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders. Made to pay victim surcharge of £128.
