Go-kart stolen from garage in Chesterfield

A large petrol powered off road go-kart was stolen from a garage in Chesterfield.

Derbyshire Police received a report of a garage burglary along Ashgate Road, Chesterfield whereby a garage has been entered by offenders.

It is unclear how offenders have gained access and also how the offenders knew of the go-kart in the first place.

Chesterfield South Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the pictured go-kart being moved, towed, dragged somewhere in the area within the last 48 to 72 hours.

The go-kart is quite distinctive in appearance.

The Chesterfield South SNT are also appealing for anyone in the area with any CCTV footage to see if the offenders may have been caught on camera.
