The vehicle was stopped in the Brimington area of Chesterfield after officers came across the vlorry with its load not properly secured.
A spokesperson for the unit said: “Wonder what caught our eye regarding this one? It’s dangerous and there are no excuses.”
Load securing is covered by both road traffic and workplace safety legislation and regulations.
