Their offences range from drug dealing, child sexual offences including rape and downloading indecent images of children to harassment and assault.
In one horrendous case a north Derbyshire man “actively” encouraged a paedophile to sexually abuse children, asking for photographs showing the abuse.
5. Rajesh Saini
Saini, 39, was jailed for five years after his victim spoke out about how she was raped and sexually assaulted as a young child.
The defendant's victim said: “Going to the police was the hardest thing I have ever, and will ever, do."

6. Paul Harris
Derbyshire drug dealer Harris, 53, had to be hospitalised twice after swallowing wraps of heroin and crack cocaine during police arrests. On the first occasion in February 2020 Harris was given "life-saving medical help" by officers after downing nine wraps which became stuck in his throat as he was pulled over.

7. Steven Clarke
Clarke, 37, was jailed for 30 months for a six-month harassment campaign against his Chesterfield neighbour.
He began making daily complaints and accusations about her to police over a six-month period.
The 37-year-old, of Mayfield Drive, North Wingfield, told officers the woman had been making threats to kill him, banging on his door and that she had weapons such as knives.

8. Ashley Walker
“Dangerous” convicted Chesterfield paedophile Walker, 37, was jailed for 14 months with an extended licence period of 36 months after downloading a video of a girl aged between four and six years old being raped. Derby Crown Court heard how in 2011 Walker was found with the video along with other extreme porn footage while under community supervision after being jailed for four years for a sexual offence relating to a young girl. Judge Jonathan Bennett, who told Walker he was a “dangerous offender” who “gets his kicks from rape scenes”, described the most serious video as “horrific”. Photo: Derbyshire Police
