Police found 18 £20 deal bags at the home of Adam Moorcroft when they raided his home in Darley Close, Staveley, Chesterfield, along with drug paraphernalia, Derby Crown heard on Thursday, February 4.
When they seized the 21-year-old’s phone they retrieved messages and photographs, providing evidence of wide scale dealing of the drug, to individuals as well as to other dealers.

Prosecuting, Barnaby Shaw told the court that Moorcroft’s offending took place between September 2018 and March 2019.
He said: “There were photos of him holding up considerable sums of cash, which can infer to him selling drugs, and there were photos of bagged cannabis for sale that were taken in his flat.
“It is clear that he was selling cannabis, not just to individuals, but to other dealers to sell on.”
