The men who were stopped by Derbyshire Constabulary’s Dales Response Team and the county’s Armed Response Unit claimed to be road testing the car at 1.20am in the morning (March 25).
It is believed the occupants travelled from Dronfield outside their local area to the Dales to ‘cruise’ around, until their journey was cut short.

Stopped with @DerbyshireARU. Road testing at 1.20am? Something doesn’t sit right. Further checks uncover vehicle showing no insurance so seized. #OpDerbyshire #Seized”.
