Crash leaves woman trapped under car

At 11.27am yesterday (Wednesday), firefighters were called to the incident in Birley Lane, Hathersage.

Upon arrival, crews found one woman trapped by her feet underneath the car.

Heavy duty equipment was used to lift the car off her and she was promptly moved away from the vehicle while crews made it safe.

The woman was treated by paramedics on the scene.

Crews left the incident at 12.37pm.
