Youngsters are enjoying new play equipment in Kirk Ireton thanks to National Lottery funding.

The equipment was unveiled thanks to £9,604.53 from the Awards for All Lottery scheme which has been used for new swings and a roundabout at the village play ground. Kirk Ireton Parish Council received the funding for its project and welcomed Kirk Ireton Primary School headteacher Peter Johnston and pupils.
