Chesterfield man back behind bars just nine hours after being released
A Chesterfield man who was released from prison was back behind bars just nine hours later after re-offending.
Graham Green, 59, was released from prison but within nine hours he was found by Chesterfield Safer Neighbourhood Team officers breaching his criminal behaviour order by being in Chesterfield town centre.
Green was arrested, remanded to court and sentenced to 16 more weeks in prison.
