Motoring

Simon Anthony Eyre, 48, of Bellhouse Lane, Staveley. Used a vehicle without insurance. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Terry Watson, 32, of Martins Lane, Old Tupton, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to brick walls and failed to stop. Fined £550 and must pay a £55 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Natalie Ann Johnson, 29, of South Street North, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lisa Jane Skinner, 48, of Barlow Lees Farm, Barlow Lees, Barlow. Drove without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby injury was caused to another person and failed to stop. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £310 costs. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Nicky Lee Mikysa, 26, of St Augustine’s Mount, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle while disqualified. Used a vehicle without insurance. Community order for 12 months with an eight week curfew and drug rehabilitation requirement, electronic monitoring, thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Assault

Thomas luke Graney, 21, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence including assault, two counts of damage, and a count of threatening behaviour. Given a custodial sentence of nine weeks.

Michael Andrew Nichols, 32, of Manor Road, Brimington Common, Chesterfield. Assault. Damaged a front door and an internal door. Committed to prison for ten weeks. Restraining order imposed. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

James McClellan, 55, of Valley Road, Holmegate, Clay Cross. Assault. Community order for 12 months with a Resolve programme and supervision. Fined £100 and must pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Used threatening behaviour. No separate penalty.

Jason Thomas Daiken, 23, of Carlisle Road, Buxton. Assault. Community order until June, 2016, with alcohol specified activity requirement and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Donna Michelle Rake, 32, of Cemetery Road, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of her duty. Fined £110 and must pay £50 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Fined £73.

Darren Michael Morton, 46, of Gipsy Lane, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Intentionally exposed genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Assault. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for 24 months with supervision, and an alcohol treatment requirement and a three month curfew with electronic monitoring and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to a conditional discharge of stealing two Geo tech Bluetooth headsets valued at £25 belonging to Tesco. Committed to prison for seventeen weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision.

Neil Bannister, 39, of Church Street South, Chesterfield. Stole four Persil liquid washing powders valued at £28 belonging to Tesco. Commission of a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to a suspended sentence including stealing washing liquid valued at £12 belonging to One Stop, failing to surrender to custody, and six counts of stealing Ariel Gel washing liquid and two counts of stealing washing machine tablets. Sentenced to 12 weeks of custody.
