Keeley Amanda Davidson, 35, of Creswell Road, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to stealing a box of wine. Community order to last until October 24 with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Admitted committing a further offence during a suspended sentence for an offence of theft. Order to continue.

Simon Peter Furniss, 21, of Danby Avenue, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing an axe and entering a garden shed as a trespasser and stealing hacksaw blades. Community order to last until April 23, 2016, with a curfew for eight weeks and electronic monitoring and a thinking skills programme and rehabilitation activity requirement. Brynn John Cartledge, 23, of Rutland Gate Close, Matlock. Found guilty of stealing a Toshiba TV. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with a 12 week curfew and supervision.
