CCTV IMAGES: Armed robbers strike at Derbyshire village shop

Detectives have issued CCTV images after an armed robbery at a shop in Langley Mill.

Two men and a woman went into the Shop 4 U Extra store in Cromford Road at about 7.25pm on Friday.

The offenders – one of whom was carrying a metal baseball bat – threatened a member of staff before stealing a large amount of cash, cigarettes and alcohol.

They then left the store with the stolen items in a large builder’s sack and fled in a grey or blue Honda Civic.

Officers investigating the offence want to hear from witnesses or anyone who recognises the clothing shown in the CCTV stills.
