Cat and Fiddle road reopens following earlier crash
The A537 Cat and Fiddle road between Buxton and Macclesfield has reopened following an earlier accident.
Motorists were being warned to expect long delays after the road was shut mid-afternoon on the Macclesfield side.
Cheshire police have since confirmed the busy rural route is back open, and thanked drivers for their patience.
