The incident occurred at 6.06pm yesterday (Monday, October 20) in Howitt Street Heanor.
Firefighters from Heanor attended and cleared debris from the property while checking for structural damage.
There were no injuries.
Car drives into Heanor property
A hand brake failure on a car caused it to drive into a building.
