Buxton students do conservation work

Students from the University of Derby Buxton have been helping to look after one of Staffordshire’s most iconic landscapes.

Undergraduates from the countryside management course joined wardens from Staffordshire Wildlife Trust at the Roaches to help the nature conservation charity map streams, which are draining valuable peat, on the 975-acre site.
