Body found at Shipley Country Park
Police have confirmed that the body of a man was found at Shipley Country Park in Heanor on Monday morning (June 15).
The death of the 44-year-old man from Heanor is not being treated as suspicious.
Forensic officers were at the scene, close to the cricket pavilion, between 8am and 9am.
An inquest into his death will be held.
