Biker killed in Cromford crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a biker was killed in a crash.

At 9.46am today (Sunday, March 23) a black Kawasaki motorbike was travelling up Cromford Hill towards Wirksworth when it collided with a grey Toyota Yaris travelling from the car park of Slinter Mining.

A 60-year-old man received fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
