Belper heating firm toasts Superbrands award

Heating manufacturer Vaillant has been awarded Business Superbrands status for the second year running, following the most recent evaluation of the annual survey.

Vaillant’s UK operation was recognised for its culture of ‘thinking ahead’ with regards to its product designs and its work in leading the way in renewable technologies.

The Superbrands selection panel also recognised Vaillant’s constant drive to provide leading levels of customer service and training support to heating engineers and installers.

This means installers and homeowners alike can be confident the heating solution is best-in-class.

Jim Moore, Vaillant’s UK managing director, was delighted with the award.

He said: “Our team works hard to continually find new ways to further improve all aspect of our business, from the quality and reliability of our products, to the customer service we offer and the sustainability of our operation.

“This focus, along with the dedication and hard work of our team at Belper, has allowed us to set the standards in heating engineering for over 140 years.

“It is fantastic to be able to bring Business Superbrands status to Belper for the second year running.
