While trips away at Easter won’t be possible, according to the official plan April 12 is the earliest date when domestic breaks could be allowed.
And as a location for a UK getaway, the Peak District – with its beautiful scenery, pretty villages and walks in abundance – really is hard to beat.
The website Cottages.com, which specialises in holiday cottages and luxury homes to rent, lists many places in the national park that people can book for when restrictions are lifted.
