Sevens in Stephenson Place, which reopened in December, has been put up for sale for £350,000.

And, for that price you will get 348 square metres of property.

A spokesman for the CBRE Ltd who are marketing the property said: “Sevens is prominently positioned fronting, situated on the edge of the town centre.”

The building also comes with accommodation across two floors, including three bedrooms and two living rooms.
