You can win this 'stunning' Derbyshire home worth £300,000 for just £2.50 - here's how it works

The competition by Win a Derbyshire Dream Home will see the winner living mortgage free in the family home on a quiet cul-de-sac.

The house in the Church Gresley area stands over three floors and has an open-plan kitchen diner that has been newly fitted, two living rooms on different floors and a guest WC.

A spokesman from Win a Derbyshire Dream Home said: “This stunning three storey four bedroomed detached house offers substantial, family sized accommodation, enjoying a most sought after, quiet cul-de-sac location and has been valued at £300,000.”

The four bedrooms are a “good size” and the master bedroom has an en-suite.

A private gated driveway to the rear of the property also provides "ample” off road parking and there is an integral garage.

There is also a walled rear garden bordered with shrubs and trees.

And, the property is within walking distance of the local shops and is “ideally” placed for commuting to the M42.

The spokesman added: “The properties exact location will not be disclosed until after the draw date in order to protect the privacy of the family who are still living there. The property will be professionally cleaned prior to handover.

Tickets start at £2.50 and they are looking to sell 200,000, the competition is set to end on April 30 next year.

They will draw the lucky winner on May 14 next year.

The spokesman continued: “Upon winning the prize, the title transfer of the house will go through a UK solicitor of the winners choice and the solicitor will make sure that upon completion, the winner will receive the property free from debt or encumbrances.”

After the top prize of the house the second prize is a 2019 BMW 218i SE Gran Tourer, it has seven seats and is in mediterranean blue.

And, third prize is a family holiday to Disney World Florida for four.
