These are the 12 most expensive streets in Derbyshire over the past decade

If you are looking for a top-end home, these are the most expensive streets in Derbyshire.

New data has revealed the most expensive roads in the county between 2010 and 2020, by average house price, with roads in the Peak District dominating the top of the list.

Homes on Bridge Lane, Weston on Trent, south Derbyshire, sold for an average of £1.5 million over the decade, ahead of Bubnell Lane, Baslow, near Chatsworth House, which took second spot after fetching an average price of £1.13m.

The list has been compiled by house price valuation specialists Mouseprice, part of PropertyHeads, a property portal and social network.

Houses in Derbyshire sold for an average of £197,328 between 2010 and 2020.

Ben Davis, PropertyHeads founder and chief executive officer, said: ““The 2010s were one of the craziest periods on record for the housing market and will most likely be remembered for their high house prices.

“The impact has been felt up and down the country and our research into Derbyshire’s market serves as evidence of that.”
