Chesterfield-based Avant Homes Central, based at Holmewood Business Park, has unveiled two show homes at its Portlands development of 88 properties off Skinner Street, Creswell

The show homes are part of the latest stage of the development, featuring two, three and four-bedroom, semi-detached and detached residences across 14 styles.

One show home is the three-bedroom Kinnerton, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, while the other is the four-bedroom Lathbury, a double-fronted detached home with a separate garage.

Dawn Bennett, Avant Homes Central head of sales, said: “The first phase of the Portlands development proved extremely popular, so we’re pleased to have opened the show homes for this newest phase of homes.

“Creswell is in a brilliant location, close to a number of towns and cities while offering idyllic countryside close by, which is why showhomes are always a great opportunity for anyone interested in purchasing a home.

“Keen buyers can then not only experience the quality and high standard of living in an Avant home, but also take in the environment surrounding the development.”

An Avant spokesman said: “Every home at the development will come with Avant’s superior specification, including a selection of exclusively designed kitchens, master bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bathrooms that benefit from full-height tiling.

“Bi-fold doors come with each property as standard, filling the open-plan living areas with natural light and adding to the sense of space in the homes.”
