Jones Homes has opened The Bentley and The Barbridge show homes at its Cavendish Park development of 133 three, four and five-bedroom properties, off Oxcroft Lane.

Jayne Swift, Jones Homes Yorkshire sales and marketing director, said: “The show homes at Cavendish Park are beautiful examples of the high-quality craftsmanship that goes into every house we build.

"This is an exciting opportunity for interested buyers to see two of the homes from our latest collection of designs, both of which will be the first to showcase these new interior layouts.

“Both The Bentley and The Barbridge have a contemporary style with plenty of space to accommodate a modern lifestyle for growing families.

“Following the success of neighbouring development Cavendish Grange, we have seen many buyers keen to move to this picturesque location on the edge of Bolsover."

As part of the planning agreement for Cavendish Park, Jones Homes is investing about £800,000 in local services and infrastructure.
