10 of the cheapest homes sold in Chesterfield this year

While there are very few things more expensive than buying a house, ten homes have already been snapped up for a bargain price of £65,000 and under this year.

The current average house price for the UK is £247,000, according to the Office for National Statistics, but one Chesterfield home was sold for just £50,000.

Here are the 10 least expensive residences sold in the town so far in 2020, based on data from the Land Registry.
