The Red Lion at Brimington will open its doors today (Wednesday, November 4) after undergoing a significant revamp - with Marston’s investing £275,000 towards transforming the venue.
The Derbyshire Times was invited for a first look inside the Church Street pub - and to learn more about the changes that have been made - and these photos show what you can expect from the new-look Red Lion.

5. Positive response
Tracey, who has worked at the Red Lion for 19 years, said: “I love the pub and the refurb. It definitely needed it and I love the layout of the pub. I’m happy that we’re now doing food too - we’re serving food seven days a week. We also now have multiple TVs showing different live sports and a new sound system.” Photo: Brian Eyre
