Audiences will now be able to enjoy The Lost Boys’ adaptation of A Christmas Carol, and Sinfonia Viva’s Christmas brass quintet performing with Derby Cathedral Choir, from the comfort of their own homes.

The events were due to be held in front of a live audience in a marquee from tonight (Thursday), but cannot go ahead due to the uncertainty about future Covid restrictions.

Anyone who has bought tickets will be able to switch them from the live performance to the digital version, at the new price of £17.50, and receive a partial refund. Full refunds will be available.

Performances will be available to watch from December 23 to January 2. To book go to www.derbylive.co.uk.

A performance by The Salvation Army Brass Sextet, which was due to take place in the River Gardens marquee on December 20, has been cancelled.
