Ancient tales set to music
Spring Bank Arts Centre in New Mills will host The Forbidden Door on Friday, April 15.

Hide AdPerformance storyteller Dominic Kelly will breathe life into folklore tales - of love, loss, drama, danger, horror, humour and extraordinary plot twists. He will be joined by three skilled musicians (cello, fiddle and guitar) whose folk music provides the soundtrack.
Dominic’s credits include performing at the Barbican, National Theatre and British Museum.
His accompanying musicians will be: Dylan Fowler, guitar (The Company of Story Tellers, Alaw); Oli Wilson-Dickson, fiddle (Jamie Smith’s Mabon, Alaw); Sarah Moody, cello (Kneehigh, Wildworks, Travelling Light).
