From hearing the shout of "pound a bag" in the market to knowing ‘the donut’ is more than just a fried snack, Chesterfield really isn't like anywhere else in the country, or the world.
These are 20 things that people from the town will understand and remember, that will make little sense to people who do not know Chesterfield well.
You can test yourself and see whether you’re really from Chesterfield below.

17. Heard the words "pound a bag" while walking through the market
Many people will remember phrases such as these being shouted by the late, much-missed, Chesterfield market trader Don Hollingworth. Photo: Brian Eyre

18. Sweet memories
The Cadbury Trebor Bassett factory on Brimington Road closed in 2005. The five-acre site was opened on the site of a former brewery next to Chesterfield railway station in 1939 - and residents of a certain age will certainly remember the smell. Photo: DT

19. A visit to the Painted Wagon
The Painted Wagon was a popular, if sometimes interesting, town centre haunt on Cavendish Street. It was just outside the ABC Cinema, which later became Zanzibar and finally the Department nightclub. Photo: Sheffield newspapers

20. Old swimming pool
Chesterfield Queen's Park swimming pool officially opened on July 19, 1969. Pictured here in August 15, 1968 - the diving board was firmly in position but the water was rather murky as the building work continued. The centre closed at the end of December 2015, a few days before the new £11.25million Queen's Park Sports Centre opened further up Boythorpe Avenue. Photo: JP
