The temporary closure, from Saturday, follows official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and the site will re-open when authorised to do so.

The cable car attraction joins theatres, cinemas and sporting venues in closing its doors as the pandemic crisis spirals.

If you have purchased a ticket online for the Heights of Abraham that ticket will now be valid for a visit later in the year once the venue reopens.

Simply show your ticket upon arrival. Alternatively, If you prefer a full refund for your cable car ticket, email [email protected] with your booking reference number, the date you purchased the ticket, the original date of your visit and the four last digits of the card you used to make your booking.

Refunds should be completed within five to 10 working days.
