The hospital has recorded one additional Covid-19-related death in the latest 24-hour reporting period, NHS figures show.

According to the latest Government data, there are now 2,287 confirmed cases of the virus across Derbyshire – 1,699 in Derbyshire county and 588 in Derby city.

In total, 38,376 people have sadly died with coronavirus in hospitals, care homes and the wider community across the UK.
