Community Covid testing centre moves to new location in Derbyshire town

The new testing site opened at the Imperial Rooms, in Matlock, on Tuesday.
It replaces the testing centre in the Members' Room, at Derbyshire County Council's County Hall, which has now closed.

Hide AdThe new centre on Imperial Road will be open seven days a week from 7.45am to 7pm.
Those who live or work in the area, are over the age of 11, and don’t have coronavirus symptoms, are eligible and there is no need to book.
When going for a test, people are asked not to bring bags or other items with them that they don't consider to be essential and should wear a face covering.
People are also asked to bring a fully charged smart phone if they have one to register for their test result, however staff will be available to assist those those who do not have a smart phone.
