Hide AdHeadteacher Charlotte Newton-Wall said: “We contacted Public Health England immediately following confirmation that a pupil had tested positive for coronavirus and followed all Public Health advice and correct procedures to put all the necessary actions in place.
“One class in Year 4 has been told to self-isolate until Monday, September 21. The rest of the School remains open as normal, with control measures such as enhanced cleaning, a rigorous hygiene routine, staggered arrival and departure times and designated bubble areas in place throughout the school for all pupils.”
She added: “We would like to pass on our very best wishes for a speedy recovery to the individual who is unwell and thank parents for their continued support during these unprecedented circumstances.”
