Food fair sponsored

Derbyshire’s premier culinary celebration has been boosted with the continuation of a major sponsorship deal.

Derbyshire County Council’s annual Derbyshire Food and Drink Fair will be taking place on May 18 and 19.

McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet is sponsoring the cookery theatre for the second year running.

Around 14,000 people are expected to attend over the two days – with over 150 stallholders selling produce.

Cllr Kevin Parkinson, cabinet member for regeneration, said: “We’re delighted that McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet is again sponsoring our annual celebration of the fantastic food and drink which Derbyshire has to offer.”
